This weekend we attended the Barber to Boise 10k race. Ian has ran this race for the past 4 years so it has now become a tradition. This year, the girls better understood that it was a race. Last year when Ian approached the finish line instead of cheering for him, Bryn was fascinated by the design that someone at the race had painted on her face. Instead of cheering for Ian to finish, she tried to stop him yelling "look at my face". This year, they allowed Ian to finish in peace.
Before the race Ian asked Maryn to bring his duffle bag with some sweats for after the race, the picture below shows Maryn carrying the bag. She is such a responsible child. She would not let the bag out of her sight.
