At the end of April, my mom and I took a trip to San Diego to attend the National Math Teacher's Conference. I flew in on Friday night (I had to get the girl's off to school first) and then home on Sunday morning. We presented a hands on workshop on fractals and functions. We were very surprised to get an audience of over 100. (We had really expected about 10 on a Saturday morning). All in all it was fun and a nice chance to enjoy some nice weather.
