I just realized that I haven't blogged about the girl's first day of school. This year I let them pick out their outfits. Also, a tradition has been to let them pick out a new back pack each year. This year they chose messenger bags--they lasted about a week. Not the bag itself but the desire to use a messenger bag. We bought back packs the second week of school.
